I swear my body is rebelling against exercise.
Everytime I try to get into a rhythm or pattern of doing exercise- even when doing it slowly and incrementaly my body throws up some sort of ailment. Honestly it's ridiculous- if it's not some dodgy ankle upon which I was to avoid "impact" for several months, asthma, the flu, sinus infections... and now that we've really started going swimming several times a week my right arm has flared up an old RSI injury.
Well, body, what you don't realise is that you've made a simple error- I am left handed and your ploy won't stop me this time, mwah ha ha. And I can still use the Wii - although I admit the boxing is probably not ideal. And swimming, well I'm going to go anyway. So there.
Right now though I'm off to soak in the bath to try and get the ache to return to the "dull" category rather than "ridiculously distracting", besides- I have all those LUSH bathbombs to use from Christmas.
